My name is Lucas Gonzalez.
I’m an acreditted Advanced Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT – “tapping”) Practitioner, and I have over 10 years of experience in thinking tools, emotional release and trauma release.
I can help you with anxiety, stress, trauma / PTSD, phobias, self-worth issues, navigating life changes, and other presenting problems. If you wish, I can also assist you beyond those issues.


What would you like to change?
I work with people who may feel anxious or stressed, sometimes even with episodes of panic. Some feel stuck, needing to make a change and not sure how. Some experience self-worth issues, addictions or phobias. For some, it’s unmanageable anger, or relationship difficulties. For others, it may be procrastination, a vague sense of difficulty in getting things done, or a big uncomfortable sensation of “nothing”.

How can I help you?
It depends on your internal situation and your goals. I can assist you, first, learning a bit about what for you is the problem.
We can use EFT/tapping in gentle ways that allow your internal “guidance system” to tell us what’s needed when. I can assist you to release difficult emotions that may be rooted in your own past experiences – or lack of them, such as is the case with abandonment issues. We will go only where your body-mind allows.
Together with EFT, or alternatively, I can also offer you a variety of other approaches, including deep relaxation, trauma-densensitisation and even practical “applied thinking” strategies – as needed.
Usually, we will work in weekly one-hour sessions, generally online. Some of my clients are in a position to book several sessions in a few days, from their home or temporary accommodation, as an “online retreat”. This is your space, so please feel welcome.
